Digital Downloads, Consent and Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

ReemArc Education offers digital educational resources, including eBooks, PDF guides and downloadable learning materials. Digital products are supplied electronically and do not include a physical printed copy unless explicitly stated.

2. Digital Delivery

Following successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital product through a download link or electronic delivery method specified at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their devices support the file format stated in the product description.

3. Consent to Immediate Download

Customers who wish to receive their digital content immediately must expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period.

Customers must also acknowledge that, once the supply of digital content begins, they will lose their statutory right to cancel the purchase.

Customer Consent at Checkout

Before immediate access to digital content is provided, ReemArc Education will request the customer's express consent and acknowledgement through the checkout process.

Where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained, confirmation will be provided in a durable format, such as an order confirmation email.

This does not affect customers' statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly described digital content.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Where a customer has provided the required consent and acknowledgement, and the supply of digital content has begun, the statutory 14-day cancellation right will no longer apply.

This does not affect customers' statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer protection requirements.

If a purchased file is defective or cannot be accessed, customers should contact ReemArc Education for assistance and an appropriate remedy.

5. Copyright and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, purchased digital resources are provided for the purchaser's personal educational use only.

Customers must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly upload or commercially exploit copyrighted materials without the necessary permission from the copyright holder.
