DBS Checks and Tutor Suitability

ReemArc Education is committed to ensuring that appropriate safeguarding and suitability checks are undertaken.

Our tutor is arranging the appropriate Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check in accordance with UK eligibility requirements. Information about the completed check will be made available to parents upon request, where appropriate.

Safe and Secure Online Tutoring

Our online lessons will be delivered through an appropriate digital learning platform, with clear expectations for professional conduct, privacy and communication.

We aim to maintain appropriate boundaries, protect learners' personal information and ensure that lessons are conducted in a safe and respectful manner.

Parental Involvement and Communication

We value open and transparent communication with parents and guardians.

Parents will receive relevant information about lesson arrangements, learning objectives and how to raise questions or concerns. We encourage parents to remain involved in their child's learning journey.

Reporting Safeguarding Concerns

The safety of our learners is a priority. Parents and guardians are encouraged to report any concerns about a child's wellbeing or online learning experience directly to ReemArc Education.

Safeguarding concerns will be taken seriously and handled promptly, with appropriate action taken in line with safeguarding procedures.
